Pricing Plans
Per-Page Pricing:
This plan charges a predetermined amount for each page. It is particularly well-suited for small to medium-sized projects with a mix of sizes.
Per-Box Pricing:
This plan is tailored to a volume of records. The quantity will be measured by either (1) a standard banker's box, measuring 15x12x10 inches or (2) one linear foot of shelf space or file drawer. A per-box rate covers up to 2,500 pages or 50 file folders.
Hourly Fee:
This pricing strategy is all-inclusive and encompasses the entire scope of work without any additional charges. This is particularly well-suited to file rooms with established organization systems.
Other Factors that Affect Price
The final cost depends on document condition, paper type and quality, size, amount of intervention needed (e.g., repairs, staple removal, flattening, pre-organization, etc.), required outputs, regulatory requirements, and more.
A project estimate will be provided after assessing the documents and their condition.
Any documents that have rodent activity WILL NOT be considered. All collections should be reasonably clean prior to digitization.
